Debbie will guide you though processes of Journalling and Meditation with inner enquiry. Chris will soothe you into deppening Restorative Yoga expanding the breath in stillness.
Your closing of 2024 will be surrounded by beauty and colour, and bringing in the New Year with a celebration of new beginnings with a Masked Ball, what an experience calling in 2025 with like minded people followed by the energy of renewal as we move through 108 sun salutations 1st January.
