Join Esther, Chris & Debbie for a week of delving deep into Yoga Practice. Explore advanced and advancing asana, alongside infusing wisdom and theming from Shaman principles. Learn to create empowering sequences either for personal exploration or professional expansion. Understand what it means to hold space and feel into the underlying energetics of a potent yoga practice.

This practice retreat is certified as 50hrs continuing professional development through Yoga Alliance Professionals.

Session Content includes:

Workshops exploring peak postures,
Understanding postures as archetypical journeys,
Sequencing with the elements, deva’s and winds,
Sequencing for Shaman Kriya Yoga,
Expanding Vinyasa and Restorative Sequencing,
Yogic & Shaman mythology and teachings that relate to key postures and principles beyond the mat,
Modifications and adjustments,
Posture progressions and regressions.

Your home for the experience:

Stay in a luxury Ibicencan Villa in the campo of northern Ibiza surrounded by Ibizan pine trees, a short walk from the beautiful town of San Joan. In your free time swim in the salt water pool or enjoy a book in the sunshine on the poolside loungers. All bedrooms are en suite and air conditioned with a private terrace.

Cost includes;

Daily Yoga classes and teachings/seminars
Full board, delicious food breakfast, lunch-time graze table and evening meal.
An experience at the iconic ‘Namaste’ night, with live music, Dj’s and artisan markets.
Cacao Ceremony led by Debbie with Movement and Meditative Journey accompanied by one of the Islands leading DJ’s. Followed by a Closing evening group dinner at the beautiful World Family Restaurant.
